I ordered patio furniture from XXXX that never arrived, I initiated a dispute explaining to my Credit Card issuer what happened but they found the charge was valid. After working with XXXX they agreed to refund the purchase but could not do so because of the dispute. After a few weeks of back and forth with Chime they refuse to do any research or resolve the charge, even after I sent them many documents that support me getting my money back.
