I, XXXX XXXX, am a federally protected consumer and I am filing this complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is in direct violation in regards to the information that is being furnished on my consumer report. I would like to state that XXXX XXXX XXXX is in violation of 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ), which clearly states that any information furnished to a consumer report must be in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer. I, the consumer, never gave XXXX XXXX XXXX any written consent to to report anything on my consumer report. NO CONSENT = IDENTITY THEFT! The following inquiry is being fraudulently furnished to my consumer report. I did not authorize, benefit from, nor consent to this inquiry and I demand for it to be removed from my consumer report immediately. 1. XX/XX/2021 ( XX/XX/2021 ). If this fraudulently furnished inquiry is not removed, I will hold XXXX NA criminally liable for willful noncompliance and aggravated identity theft pursuant 15 USC 1681a ( q ) ( 3 ) since fraud is being committed using my identifying information. This negative and fraudulent item on my consumer report is preventing me from having a fair and equitable consumer report according to 15 USC 1681b. If XXXXXXXX XXXX can not provide to me a copy of when I sent written permissible purpose to validate this inquiry, I demand it be removed in 4 days. Enclosed is the FTC Identity Theft Report which states the inquiry that is being fraudulently furnished.
