I have contacted upgrade customer service numerous times now regarding not being able to add my debit card to XXXX pay. They have already replaced the debit card and issued it a new number after that didn't work I was also told incorrect information including XXXX pay is not available which is incorrect after escalating to a supervisor I was supposed to receive a call back and the problem was supposed to be corrected and it never was. I need to be able to use XXXX pay with my account and have been blown off now several times because I am unable to add it to XXXX pay I am getting an error saying it's an invalid card when it is not.
