Good afternoon, I have mailed a payment to my finance company on XXXX and per the money order company it was cashed by my finance company on XXXX. The funds have yet to be posted to my account. My account is now over 60days past due and facing repossession. I am trying to avoid repo action. I have spoken with a supervisor; emailed proof of the money order as well forwarded an email from the money order company to the supervisor. The supervisor assured me that the request was made to research the issue, as well as other representatives have assured me the same thing since I have been calling in regard to this issue. My account has now endured fees, extra interest and my credit has been affected. Each time I have called I am told that my account is under review. It has been too long for no resolution. This is my third complaint with my finance company, and this should not be. If I am being treated of such how many other customers are in this same predicament? Some of the representatives have attempted to collect more of the past due balance by advising me that I owe one amount but in all actuality I owe less. They quote me an inaccurate past due amount. Attempting to collect on an amount that I do not owe. This stresses me even more. I am already taking several medications, and this does not help me.
