XXXX XXXX was a school i was attending to online for a month. After the one course was over they decided to update the website and would not work with my XXXX that i just purchased in order to attend school because they said that will work for all classes. Once the update was done i could not attend to any part of the classes, i could not get to any part of the class work or homework. I was unable to take exams. I reached out to them many times to state that this was happening and all they told me was to go purchase a laptop. I decided after that to withdraw from the entire program within their tie period of dropping the program so i do not owe money. They continue to charge me, even when they knew i was not attending. I have also emailed them say i should not be charged because i withdrawn within the appropriate time frame given. From there they sent everything off to collections without proper acknowledgement that that was happening. No phone call, no email, no written statement. I have been trying to get this written off my collections and gone because i have no knowledge of the collection and should not owe a school any type of money.
