Consumer Narrative
I received a Coinbase Debit card in the mail on XX/XX/2022 but I don't have a Coinbase account. The debit card was sent to my home address and is in my name. I am unable to speak/chat with anyone at Coinbase as I don't have the email address or password for the Coinbase account created in my name. They do not have a way to recover an account using the owner 's social security number. Coinbase website states it requires identity verification before issuing a debit card but there is no way for me to use that information to gain access to this account created in my name.
