I refinanced my car on XX/XX/22 with capital one and the date is now XX/XX/22 and they still have not received the lien release from XXXX the last bank i had the loan with. When i called XXXX they said they sent everything to capital one on XX/XX/22 and capital one said they never received it and never tried to get it again till the end of XXXX which is way too long and i have asked to be compensated and capital one told me they wouldnt do anything cause its the other banks problem
