I filed bankruptcy in XXXX which included and account with : One Main Financial XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX After my bankruptcy processed, One Main financial re-reported the same account that was discharged in bankruptcy as being late and over-limit. I have disputed this matter with both XXXX and XXXX, who keep reporting the information is correct. My disputes were never that the information was wrong -- but that the information was discharged in bankruptcy and should be removed from my credit report. To date, the information is still on my report. XXXX and XXXX will not remove One Main financial from my credit. I have also notified One Main Financial of the bankruptcy and discharged debt. They still send collection notices and call to collect the debt -- post discharge. They still constantly report late payments to my credit report.
