I received a call today from Allied collection agency. The person did not identify himself as he was calling from a collection agency. He asked if he was speaking to XXXX XXXX and I said yes then he asked if I could verify my birthdate and when I told him if this was from a collection agency I wasnt going to give any information because I do not owe the debt. XXXX XXXX is charging me for a treatment my son did not complete at their office, why should I pay if they banned me and terminated treatment. I told them i am not going to pay for a service we did not receive. He wanted to help me but wanted me to verify an address I no longer live at. When I refused he hung up. This account was sent to collection by XXXX XXXX. I have called XXXX XXXX at least 5 times to straighten the problem but no one has ever helped. Im the last phone call made was on XX/XX/22 at XXXX : XXXX XXXX, I spoke to XXXX and she said she would sent the account for an audit and would send a final bill. Up until this day I have not received anything from XXXX XXXX The only thing I received was a message from XXXX XXXX that the account was in collections and today the phone call from Allied.
