Per the contract I and XXXX signed, the loan was to be discharged due to the school closing and the owners of the school accepting me as a student while knowing they were going to close the school. Navient/Sallie Mae have never returned our phone calls in over 14 years. There has also been a recent settlement that our loan qualifies to be discharged under and we still get calls from various collectors saying we owe when we dont. We require the information to be updated accordingly to reflect the loan has been cancelled and the proper agencies notified. Thank you for your assistance
