Ive been contacting Transunion for years about this XXXX XXXX and XXXX account # XXXX that is listed on my credit report. The last time in particular was when I submitted a CFPB complaint on XX/XX/2022 regarding this account. I was told by Transunion that I would receive information in the mail. I would a notice that the account information has been verified as accurate, which is incorrect. The account information is completely inaccurate and Transunion refuses to properly verify the information in which they agave listed on my consumer report. According to the FRCA 15 USC 1681 everything must be 100 % accurate. I have the credit report showing inaccuracies. Ive advised this agency that the date of last activity is incorrect, this account updates monthly as CO as it should be, the past due amount has changed three times since this account has first charged off. How is this so if this is a dead account? Im asking for this account to be verified with the ORIGINAL COLLECTOR and that the ORIGINAL promissory note that I signed be sent to me along with Transunion correcting ALL of the inaccuracies on this account or delete this account completely due to this agencys inability to follow consumer laws.
