A charge off needs to be removed from my credit report for XXXX bank. It was part of a bankruptcy in XXXX and should not be on my report. Please see the attached paperwork. It will be taken off a month or XXXX and then XXXX Bank will add it back. XXXX XXXX service was determined by the judge as a debt for my ex husband in the Divorce Decree. I would like it removed from my credit. Please see the attached file.
