On XX/XX/XXXX I have a XXXX charge from XXXX that I don't recognize. I immediately called it in as Fraud, and was promised a provincial credit and was never given that. On XX/XX/XXXX I got a letter that charge was indeed fraud but I still haven't received any credit and was charged since late fees and interest. Today XX/XX/XXXX when I inquired why the charge is still there I was told that this was never called in as fraud.
