I attempted to purchase an airline ticket using my Paypal account on XX/XX/XXXX. I didn't have the proper funds when Paypal attempted to withdraw money from my bank. I called my bank ( XXXX ) once I discovered the problem to cancel the payment to Paypal which they have done successfully. Paypal is still holding me accountable for the funds and I have a negative balance according to them. I have attempted to contact XXXX XXXX via phone as well through email and haven't talked to a single person due to long wait times. I do not have a reference number or booking number with XXXX XXXX, never received confirmation that I have a ticket through them. I am still waiting to hear from XXXX XXXX regarding reference number/booking with my most recent email on XX/XX/XXXX. In the meantime, paypal is still requiring me to pay the negative balance. I have asked my bank for assistance and they have informed me I have done everything right from their end.
