XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The property by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX violated not only my financial rights but also my personal rights. They removed my personal property from my apartment which was the direct cause of many of my items being stolen. We were not in violation of the eviction notice as it was sent out that same day. Which means we still had XXXX hours to pay. I have engaged in disputes with this company many of times over the years because of this but they are not attempting to make this fair. The agency is also reporting the collection account each month without my prior consent. Also, I did not receive a letter of notification of this debt. I request that these accounts be removed immediately due to a violation of the fair credit reporting act.
