I have repeatedly asked Experian to please send me validation of said acct ; XXXX XXXX XXXX- I do not have nor have I ever had any business w/XXXX XXXX XXXX - Additionally, I have requested they provide the name, address, and telephone number of each person contacted regarding this alleged acct. along with a copy of any documents provided bearing my signature, showing that I have a legally binding contractual obligation to pay them the exact amount claimed. I have requested that any automated response or e-Oscar verification is unacceptable. I have asked for a reinvestigation AND their Method of Verification several times. I am/have made a final goodwill attempt to have Experian clear up this matter. The listed item is entirely inaccurate and incomplete and represents a very serious error in your reporting. I have advised them that I will be reporting them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Attorney Generals office. They continue to be NON-COMPLAINANT according to the FCRA sections 603, 604, 609, 611, and 623, BY SENDING MY THE SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE : Account information disputed by consumer ( Meets requirement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ). My Next and only recourse is to file a Civil Penalty Claim for their willful non-compliance.
