I have an account with Grain Technology and I filed a complaint with them through you all, however, my issue is not resolved. I have not been able to log into my account due to the high call volume. My recent complaint number was XXXX. I have not been able to make a payment on my account since XXXX which is not my problem. My credit has decreased by XXXX points because they are reporting incorrect information regarding a missed payment. I've been sending them emails since XXXX and recently just received a response, however, with them reaching out my issue has not been resolved. I was able to log into my account as of today and I don't believe my credit should suffer due to the company 's non-responses or how busy they have been. While all of this was transpiring with not being able to make a payment or access my account, they took {$80.00} out of my account as of XXXX but marked my account as late. I asked how and why did they take it from my account and I have not gotten a reason for this. Even with them taking {$80.00} from my checking account, none of the money was applied to my balance. I just made a payment of {$94.00} today but I believe it's unfair of them to report my payment as late.
