This company used of deceptive practices to get me to sign up for a membership. I was not aware I was signing up for a service subscription, and I also did not know I was going to be charged and how much the charge was going to be. I am having a VERY hard time cancelling this service I did not agree to and did not know about, and also getting a refund. I called and the call got disconnected when I said I wanted a refund. I then called again. I am writing to warn the CFPB of this company 's deceptive practices towards consumers, who are led to sign up and be charged without a warning of the service and the price. And also to confirm if I received a refund and a cancellation of these services.
