on XX/XX/22 I sent a presentment of final payment on BEST EGG account XXXX In the amount of {$23000.00}. My presentment was accepted by XXXX XXXX, CEO of MARLETTE XXXX XXXX XXXX PARENT COMPANY OF BEST EGG PERSONAL LOANS As per the Postal Rule and his not response by mail on the matter in question. On XX/XX/22 I sent him a request for a statement showing XXXX balance on my account. NO RESPONSE THROUGH POST OFFICE WAS SENT. On XX/XX/22 I sent him a NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND OPPORTUNITY TO CURE letter. Letter was received, but no response was sent through the Post Office. On XX/XX/22 I sent an AFFIDAVID OF MAILING AND NON-RESPONSE to XXXX XXXX, CEO of MARLETTE XXXX XXXX XXXX PARENT COMPANY OF BEST EGG PERSONAL LOANS. NO RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED THROUGH POST OFFICE. Therefore, this debt is paid in full and They have NO right to be reporting negative information on my credit file. I want my statement reflecting XXXX balance on my account. I want them to abide by the UCC laws governing commerce in the United states.
