This letter is being sent to you in response to notices sent to me from your company and more importantly, due to your erroneous reporting to the Credit Bureaus, the highly negative impact on my personal credit report. Please be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. I have contacted the original creditor to try clear this matter up they they reporting I owe them nothing and the account had been sold to a company that is not yours I have provided a copy of the identity theft report I filed 2 years ago about this debt that keep popping up on my credit if you do not remove this debt immediately from my consume report or I will be force to pursue legal actions for compensation do to false reporting
