On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent out a dispute letter to Experian about my account with XXXX XXXX. They sent me an email on XX/XX/XXXX, they sent me an email explaining the dispute process and etc. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, they come back with they investigated and found the information they are reporting is inaccurate. The account does not have the original date of delinquency as I asked them to report. XXXX and XXXX are reporting the account correct but Experian has a totally different information then the other two bureau. This is not accurate reporting. I talked to XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX and she told me that they told the bureau to close the account but did not say anything about re-aging the account. This account was first delinquency in XXXX now my report is say XXXX. This is accurate and I want it fixed.
