EQUIFAX did not conduct a proper investigation and wont tell me what source they got their information. The XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX account ending in XXXX is attachment account. The mailed me a letter stating they will not reinvestigate. Conducting an E-Oscar investigation is not a proper investigation. I will attach the police report and the EQUIFAX letter they mailed me. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act, EQUIFAX has violated my rights.
