I paid off the loan in XX/XX/2022 the company has not updated this on my credit since and has continually reported that I am currently late with an outstanding balance of {$33.00} I confirmed with the company that my balance is XXXX this still did not update on my credit, at one point different information was reported to different credit bureaus. I disputed the account information as incorrect through XXXX and Transunion. XXXX response was that the information is correct. I confirmed after reviewing this response from XXXX that my balance was XXXX and XXXX once again confirmed this with me despite telling the credit bureaus during the dispute that I still had an outstanding balance and was late. They are clearly willfully providing false information during disputes or simply refusing to investigate disputes at all. I have included the chat transcript where an agent confirms I owe XXXX the disputes results which show XXXX provided false information to the bureaus and screenshots of my account showing no outstanding payments or orders and a balance of XXXX
