I have an account with Self Financial and the have a subsidiary called XXXX that did a hard pull on my credit which negatively impacted my credit score. I have never had any dealings with XXXX, nor applied to rent anywhere. Self financial is aware of this and notified me by email after the fact. They acknowledge it was an error, but the negative impact on my credit remains. I have not been able to reach anyone at XXXX to assist.
