Under 15 U.S.C 1681b - permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL - Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with written instruction of the consumer to whom it relates. I never gave Transunion Consumer Solutions any written consent to report anything on my credit report. NO CONSENT IS IDENTITY THEFT. On the date of XX/XX/2022 I sent Transunion Consumer Solutions a Affidavit because I discovered multiple errors and incongruencies after review of the consumer credit report. I required that they supply me with sufficient information validating and verifying all accounts on the credit report otherwise they are required to delete all accounts on the credit report. They have never supply me with sufficient information and they continued to report negative and defaming information. I do not agree with their actions. They were given 30 days and after no response I sent an Opportunity to Cure on XX/XX/2022. In which they were given another XXXX where I required they delete all accounts on the credit report and a XXXX score reflecting my open credit. I did not receive a response after and the Notice of default went out on XX/XX/2022 in which they were given another 10 days. Transunion Consumer Solutions is in complete violation to the Fair Credit Reporting Acts and it is causing me great stress because due to XXXX it has been hard on my family and me with getting denied credit due to the incongruencies on the report. There non-response means they do not have anything on file to validate and verify the any and all of the accounts on the credit report and they can not provide a certificate of financial statement signed under penalty of perjury from any alleged creditor that there is a debt.
