Please note this is a new dispute and not a duplicate dispute and should be treated as such. Credit bureau in question : Experian - Account Number Unknown / Date Assigned XX/XX/2022 / Balance Owed {$250.00} Company posting false information : XXXX XXXX XXXX. This collection has been recognized as fraudulent and removed by XXXX and XXXX. We're working to remove the XXXX collections from Experian as well. We'd greatly appreciate your assistance in removing this false collection account from my Experian credit report as your claim has no basis. We've made several attempts to collect valid proof of this collection account but havent been provided with anything. After speaking with XXXX XXXX XXXX, they will only share the proof of debit if I give them a credit card. This has been noted as extortion and we are still awaiting proof of debit from XXXX XXXX and or XXXX. Documents sent to me by XXXX did not validate or prove the debt was mine and were barely legible. Please send proof of this collection account as it is not legitimate. If you can not provide clear, concise, legible proof that this collection account is mine, or remove it from my Experian credit report, I will be forced to take legal action. Once again, I am notifying you that these items are not reported correctly for the reasons listed below, and I am asking you to reinvestigate them : 1. The account reported above are not my debit, and I have no knowledge of it. 2. The address listed on the account is a XXXX store in XXXX XXXX, which is not a legal home address. This inaccuracy once again proves XXXX, XXXX illegal reporting practices. 3. We have not received enough clear, concise, legible proof that this debt is mine and not fraudulent. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 607, Experian must ensure maximum accuracy of the information contained in my credit report. Without clear, concise, and legible proof that this debt is mine, Experian has failed to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 607.
