I have placed disputes on XXXX separate occasions, each returning as verified correct. Federal law code 15 US code 1679c allows me to dispute inaccurate data which also pertains to rights as a consumer I am allowed to view HOW they verified such information. Using e-oscar at times proves not to work. By law information supplied to credit agencies must provide accurate and true documents with my signature showing validity of debt. I have asked twice for how these were verified with the question for validation proof that has been left ignored. My issue is with the following accounts : 1. XXXX XXXX transunion reports XXXX in payment history with last payment made XX/XX/XXXX ; XXXX reports this account had XXXX late in XX/XX/XXXX, with last payment made on XX/XX/XXXX ; while XXXX reports XXXX lates and last payment in XX/XX/XXXX. 2. XXXX XXXX transunion reports XXXX in payment history with last payment XX/XX/XXXX ; XXXX reports 100 % on time with last payment XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX reports XXXX lates with last payment XX/XX/XXXX. 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX- transunion reports XX/XX/XXXX as last payment with no lates ; XXXX shows 25 lates but only one XXXX late ( XXXX ) with last payment on XX/XX/XXXX while XXXX reports c/o every month last two years with no 1st delinquency date. 4. XXXX XXXX transunion reports no lates with last payment XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX shows XXXX lates despite also showing XXXX with last payment XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX shows XXXX CO dating back to XX/XX/XXXX. These XXXX accounts quite obviously were NOT investigated as requested being each of the three bureaus report different information. Due to this I have the rights to have all XXXX immediately removed from my reports. Attached is proof of what I am claiming. Please note despite these showing XXXX as address too, each company had their own same letter addressed to them.
