I have sent a certified letter to this company- to the address listed on my credit report for this company. The company did not provide any back up documentation.I called the company- also the number listed on my credit report. They were unwilling to remove the debt from my credit report even though they stated they did not have all the documentation they needed to legally prove the debt was mine and collect the debt. I filed a complaint on Consumer Financial Protection. The company stated they were sending all the info requested. I have yet to receive the info requested from back on XX/XX/2022. I believe the company is lying about their address information, as well as, is not sending the appropriate documentation to collect the debt, yet isnt removing this from my credit report.
