I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION ON XX/XX/2022 AT XXXX PM : " PAYMENT UNDER REVIEW. YOU'LL BE NOTIFIED SHORTLY WHEN ITS STATUS CHANGES ''. THERE WAS A PHONE NUMBER AND A REFERENCE NUMBER ON THE NOTICE. SO FAR THE {$1500.00} HAS NOT REACHED ITS DESTINATION. I TRIED TO CALL XXXX YESTERDAY AND WAS ON HOLD FOR XXXX MINUTES. FINALLY A LADY ANSWERED WHO SAID THERE ARE SOME ISSUES WITH XXXX AND SHE COULD NOT HELP ME BUT A REPRESENTATIVE WOULD CALL ME. OF COURSE, NO CALL. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM LIVID!!! WHERE IS MY {$1500.00}???? IT HAS BEEN DEBTED FROM MY ACCOUNT, BUT HAS NOT REACHED ITS DESTINATION. WHERE IS IT?
