I contacted the agency to ask them to remove my addresses and places of employment off of my credit report. One of my addresses I lived as a child. Someone had used my identity at that residence. Also I explained another issue was, I was victim of XXXX XXXX and was placed in XXXX XXXX for my protection. I was told by the judge my addresses could not be published without my consent due to my ex-husband having all of my personal information. I also explained in this letter how I had to contact the social security office due to my ex-husband using myself and my son 's social security number to purchase goods, services and obtaining apartments. I have been denied this request. I further explained there are court records to confirm my case and also I had to be moved while in XXXX XXXX due to a XXXX attempt in my home by my ex-husband. There are many court documents backing up this information. I was told permission would have to be given for my address to be displayed publicly.
