I noticed information for the months of XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022, and XX/XX/2022 missing for my XXXX account. I make monthly payments but for some reason there was no information for those months. I filed a dispute and included attachments of my statements with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX showing my payment history for those specific months. Nothing was changed and they just said " all the information is accurate ''. I also submitted a XXXX complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in which they responded on XX/XX/2022 that they sent a request out to the credit Bureaus to update their information. On XX/XX/XXXX I receive a response from XXXX from my second dispute that again says all the information is accurate. No investigation was made and no attempt was made to read my statements for those months.
