On XX/XX/2022, I sent a letter regarding inaccurate information reporting on my credit report. since it is over 30 days of an investigation I have not received a response yet. I feel as if I am being ignored and taken advantage of. By law section 611 ( a ) states that failure to investigate items within 30 days requires an automatic deletion. It has been over 30 days I request these items be removed, if not I will file for litigation due to the stress this has caused me.
