This involves all 3 bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion ) as well as the furnisher of inaccurate information ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) On numerous occasions, I have filed disputes with all 3 bureaus listed regarding the inaccurate reporting of an account that is not mine. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have asked for this account to be removed, yet it was inaccurately verified as accurate on all occasions and remains on all 3 reports. It is not possible for any of the 3 bureaus to report this account accurately when each one has reported discrepancies with the High Balance, Last Verified, Date of Last Activity, Date Reported, Date Opened, Closed Date, Account Status, and last Payment. I will attach proof of these reporting discrepancies. This alone is grounds for removal I must also point out that my rights are being violated under 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 604 A Section 2 : This section clearly states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. I have not given written permission to XXXX, Transunion, or XXXX ( consumer reporting agencies by definition ) to report this inaccurate account.
