I called Equifax on XX/XX/22 to file a official dispute over the phone. I previously filed a dispute over the phone with Equifax on XX/XX/22 and had no issues and the dispute was resolved. When I spoke with XXXX on XX/XX/22 from Equifax she would not officially submit my dispute. I was informed that I must submit documentation on my identity. I feel this is biased towards me as Equifax already has my personal information on file and this is proved by the dispute filed on XX/XX/22. I feel Equifax is not following the Fair Credit Reporting Act by taking my official dispute over the phone on XX/XX/22. I did send in the requested information on XX/XX/22 and expect Equifax to remove the XXXX disputed items as stated in my letter to them dated XX/XX/22. I would like Equifax to be investigated on the practices of consistency in not being biased as to what information or items to investigate to delete from consumers.
