Factual data attempted a hard inquiry on all three of my credit reports. Fortunately, I have a freeze on my accounts. I am attempting to find out who the mortgage lender is that asked factual data to run my credit, since they provide this service to mortgage lenders. I have not applied for credit in nearly two years except for a refinance back in XX/XX/2022. I took the freeze off my account just long enough for XXXX XXXX to approve my loan and I quickly put the freeze back. I would like to know the name of the lender that fraudulently engaged Factual Data. From there I would like to know if there is an individual attempting to steal my identity.
