We have paid off our account with this company back on XX/XX/XXXX and we still have not received or money back that was in are impound account $ XXXXwe have tried to call numbers times starting back on XX/XX/XXXX and we've been dealing with them ever since then we have called five times email back and forth talked over six to seven people over the phone and they keep giving the same things that the money is coming back to us but we have not received it it's been over 60 days now since it has been paid off according to the law they only have 20 days to give us back our money and we still have not received it.
