The CFPB needs to review the billing dispute process at this banking institution. Never in my life, have I had such difficulty resolving a small dollar dispute with a credit card provider. Timely filed billing dispute case XXXX for a total small dollar amount of {$310.00}. Attached is just a part of the lengthy amount of information submitted to the business. In fact, the business sends an email dated XX/XX/2022 asking for an unnecessary piece of information requesting a " letter from a neutral third party ''. As requested, a letter was submitted, about seven days later, the business reaches out and asks for " a letter on business letterhead ''. The individual is self employed. The business needs to fix the wording they use if they expect a cardholder to hire a third party company for an expert opinion. Attached is a service invoice from the business dated XX/XX/2022, the business removed ALL of the equipment referenced in my original dispute. The dispute is valid, remove the charges from my account.
