Capital One arbitrarily canceled my card or canceled my account which dropped my credit rating by XXXX points. I called Capital One and demanded Id be taken off my credit rating. Whether I use their card or not use it is my decision and I shouldnt have to worry about having my credit irreparably damaged just because they want to close the account. I wasnt in debt to them I didnt use their card I didnt need to use it. Now my credit is destroyed because of this
