Bought truck in XXXX 2022 Never received any form of communication from bank, no payment books, no emails, no phone calls Do not even have Loan or account number for Loan Day after Memorial day truck was repossessed without any due process took 2 days to find out who repossessed it and what bank to call Bank stated that they had wrong address and phone number- but Plates came to address, Taxes came to address, and the tow truck came to the address When speaking with Bank - Wells fargo - made excuses but did not offer any solutions Still after 6 days no solutions and no truck - have to go and pick up property Wells fargo Auo handled this agreement wrong from the strat and has handled the outcome wrong - very unprofessional
