The complaint below was sent to Equifax, XXXX and XXXX in XXXX. So far XXXX and XXXX did their part. Equifax has not responded about the status of my dispute with XXXX card. Nor can I get into my Equifax account online. I want this XXXX card removed from my credit report. Theres a 30 day late mark that should not be there due to fraudulent activity with this credit card. XXXX failed to send paperwork for dispute that I put in which, I did inform several XXXX reps. I want this 30 late mark removed from my Equifax report **previous dispute below** XXXX credit card company has reported my account late and also have the incorrect balance. I disputed fraudulent charges in XXXX and spoke with several different reps over at XXXX. All they say is we will note your account. The original representative I spoke with took all information for the dispute, which was a charge for {$100.00}. I also informed her to close my account. They have not mailed me anything about the dispute, nor provided me a with a status. I want this account deleted from all 3 major credit bureaus because this balance is incorrect due to fraudulent charges.
