TransUnion suddenly decided to temporarily suspend my access to my credit profile, with no explanation other than they were unable to verify my information. After going through their unlock process numerous times, I discovered that inexplicably my profile information was reverted back to a previous state! This is most untimely since Im looking to purchase a car! TransUnion has been mostly unresponsive and their supposed system for resolving these issues- created by TransUnion- are riddled with long wait times and circular processes i.e. you go round and round in their system trying to resolve this. Theres got to be a better way than these three bureaus that have proven to be consumer unfriendly and have propagated misinformation and/or erroneous data at the expense of consumers. Lets fix this already!
