I sent a letter off on XX/XX/2022, to remove my personal information that I don't want on my credit profile. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 12 USC 1681, states I have the right to privacy. Also according to 15 USC 6802, NO Financial institution have any right to share mu information to a third party. Based on these inaccurate and personal information that has been furnished on my credit profile is a direct violation of my federally protected Consumer Credit Act. There is no third party involved in this situation
