I had a settlement accepted by my mortgage company in XXXX and have gone through bankruptcy filed in XXXX completed XXXX XXXX Payments in XXXX. I have refinanced my same property in XXXX. I have had letters stating that the original HELOC loan has been closed as of XX/XX/XXXX. And yet, I received a letter XX/XX/XXXX from Specialized Loan servicing stating that I am delinquent on my same property. I called and was told by phone that SLS has placed a lien on my same property. I have not received any communication about this until the letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. I should not have a lien placed on my property per my records.
