I had a credit card with XXXX XXXX The account number was XXXX. The account was overpaid by {$56.00} dollars and was evidenced by the last statement received with payment due date of XX/XX/XXXX. I have the statement. I called the bank because I had paid off the account and was unable to use it. I was told that the account was closed by the bank. The statement also states that the account was closed. I was told that a check in the amount of {$56.00} would be sent to my home address, which was : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX FL. XXXX. I had requested records of the account yet I was told that the account was " Purged. '' I received a letter from Radius Global Solutions LLC dated XX/XX/XXXX charging me {$480.00} dollars. However, never obtained a new card nor was I able to have a card replaced as per the banks reports at the time. I have reached out to them and disputed the debt considering that the bank closed my account and claimed that my card was " Opened fraudulently, '' and so I was not able to get credit.
