XX/XX/2022 Re : overpayment and BSI refusal to refund or apply to my account - loan XXXX Hello CFPB, I have been waiting on a refund for an overpayment that was taken without authorization last month on XX/XX/2022. I have spoken with several representatives at BSI ( Servis One ) and they all promise to follow up but do not. No monies have been received to date. All that happens are empty promises. I am very disappointed with the awful service from BSI and am desperately in need of your help. I have repeatedly called and spoke to several reps to no avail. The check was mailed on XX/XX/2022, yet we never received it. It should be mailed to my mailing address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX. Of note, I cancelled the auto draft and they took it anyway. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a financial institution. I have also filed several complaints via phone and via email to the company directly.
