I made 4 purchases with my debit card from Bank of texas, on XXXX. The merchant never sent the items to my address and never provided any tracking number or more information about the delivery. So I opened a charge back request with my bank on XX/XX/XXXX under the claim number, XXXX. I was reqeusted to send the order receipt showing that the goods must be sent by XXXX, and also a letter explaining the situation. After a couple of days later I got a letter saying that they cant proceed with the charge back request because was a face to face transaction, but that doesnt matter for chargeback requests. I called again to open the chargeback and they denied for second time, even they didnt reach XXXX for the case.
