I sent Capital One a validation notice on XX/XX/2022 requesting validation of accounts that I noticed is fraudulently reporting on my consumer report. In that validation letter I also demanded a cease and desist of all communications via text, call and email. I requested to ONLY be contacted by United States Postal Service. Capital One has ignored my cease and desist and has emailed me XXXX times between XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022 still trying to collect on " debts '' that have yet to validate per FDPCA AND FCRA laws.
