On XX/XX/2022, I spoke to a customer service representative for the Upgrade card. I complained of an issue, on my credit reports which show a maxed out credit card, at the purchase limit of {$9200.00} dollars. This amount is incorrect since my overall credit limit is {$24000.00} and should also have been reported to the credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ). Upgrade card deliberately does not report your balance and overall credit limit. They report only your active balance which shows your credit utilization rate at 100 % percent usage which is wrong and caused a XXXX point decrease in my personal credit score although I made all payments timely and never missed a payment. The customer service representative I spoke to promised to rectify this incorrect credit bureau reporting situation within 24 hours but failed to contact me again and never corrected the reporting error. This credit reporting error has had adverse life impact on my ability to get credit, goods, and services due to an inaccurate and non-inclusive, unfriendly, and punitive Upgrade card credit reporting model.
