Ive sent letters off and receipt confirmation on XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX From Transunion. Here is my United State Postal article # XXXX XXXX XXXXconfirming Transunion did receive copy of my Driver 's license, utility bill, valid documents that shows your name, current address and letter requesting that according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA The Credit Bureaus never did a proper investigation according to the FCRA The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on the consumers character, general reputation, person characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through person interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information They did NOT do this!! Also, they have violated my rights even more In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting, everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report The Credit Bureau stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible of the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, and the date last reported is not accurate. These are grounds for removal. They also violated the law because to 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions AND I did not give anyone written instructions.
