I filed a complaint with CFPB on XX/XX/2022 because the 3 credit reporting agencies was violating the law in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions Also, I asked the reporting agencies and the creditors in these cases to validate the loan with any paperwork with m y signature on it, that proves this debt belongs to me. According to 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i ( a ), they have to show what methods they use and who they talk to regarding this debt, but I have not received any verification of debt and it has been over 90 days of disputing and requesting accuracy on my file, this has been exhausting and taxing on my mental, emotional and physical well being. the 2 accounts on my report are : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX.
